		Rear View Arthur's Seat has been positioned on the site to take advantage of the spectacular views with parking at the rear.
		Panoramic Sea Views From Arthurs Seat you can look out to the Firth of Forth and across to Arthur's Seat and Edinburgh.
		Lounge Area Arthurs Seat has a flat screen TV with integral DVD player and gas fire in the lounge. (DVD's can be borrowed from reception)
		Lounge Area Arthurs Seat lounge Area has an L shaped seating area with a coffee table, and CD/Radio.
		Dining Area Arthur's Seat has a dining area off of the lounge area with a dining table plus two chairs. Ideally position to have your breakfast or meal and still enjoy the views over the Firth of Forth.
		Kitchen Area Arthurs Seat kitchen area has a full size quality gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment plus sink and drainer. The hot water is produced from a combi boiler in the caravan and therefore there is never a shortage. The kitchen includes all the utensils required to cook a meal plus toaster, kettle and microwave. So whether you want to cook a meal or simply serve up a carry-out everything you need is available.
		Arthurs Seat Bedroom Arthurs Seat has a large double bedroom with it's own virtual en-suite with access either from the hall or the bedroom directly. All bedding is provided.
		Arthur's Seat Twin Bedroom Arthur's Seat has a second bedroom with two single beds. Bedding is provided.
		Arthur's Seat Shower Room Arthur's Seat has a shower room with toilet, wash-hand basin, heated ceiling panel and a shower that is fed from the combi boiler that has a temperature control plus a seat in the shower cubicle. The shower room can be accessed directly from the double bedroom as a virtual en-suite and through the hall doorway for access from the lounge.
